Late Mr Namdev Kalangutkar started his career as a registered P.W.D(Public Work Development) contractor in the Government sector in 1981. After establishing various government projects he then founded Kalangutkar Developers with an objective of developing and constructing residential apartments in Goa.

He had the determination, discipline and diligence to drive Kalangutkar Developers to success. His extraordinary insight into people and “the art of the deal “ are the keys to the success of Kalangutkar Developers and its concerns.

Coming from a modest background, Mr Samir Kalangutkar always had an urge to be different. After completing his Civil Engineering he decided to take a plunge in the real estate sector and join his father Late Mr N Kalngutkar in the year 2000.

Combining his innovative ideas with a devoted attitude towards accommodating customer needs along with an uncompromising outlook towards quality, Kalangutakars has been able to achieve greater heights in the past 12 yrs. Today with around 17,000 sq (built- up Area) of constructed space , Kalangutkars commands the repute of being an exclusive builder delivering unprecedented superior lifestyles under his command.
